Food is cooked by your in house Chef & you will be served a carefully developed fixed menu that caters well to vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian diets, (fish chicken & prawns).
(Some elements are of course subject to seasonal availability).
Our food offering includes:
Breakfast
Breakfast - A daily changing nutritious vegetarian breakfast. Our chefs will be serving up homemade nutty granola, overnight oats, seasonal fruits, freshly baked bread, homemade nut butters/spreads and local buffalo curd/coconut milk. Followed by your choice of local farm eggs or more traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts of roti, hoppers and dhal curry.
Lunch
Eat the rainbow at lunch with a selection of raw salads, sprouted beans, homemade dips, lighter curries, roasted vegetables and seeds.
Dinner
Dinner - Start your evening meal with a “digestif” elixir and a nourishing soup. We cook up traditional Sri Lankan plant-based curries and brown rice with daily changing local veggies. End your meal with an (optional) refined sugar, gluten-free, guilt-free and vegan dessert.

What is the typical group size for the retreat?
Our retreats are designed to create an intimate and supportive environment. We typically host small groups of up to 15 people to ensure personalised attention and a close-knit community experience.??
Are there any prerequisites or experience required to join the retreat?
No prior experience in yoga, meditation, or wellness practices is required. Our retreats are open to everyone, regardless of their background or experience level. All activities are designed to be accessible and supportive for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Is there internet access or phone signal at the retreat location?
We encourage participants to disconnect from technology as much as possible to fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience. However, there is internet access and phone signal available!
What kind of support is available for participants with special dietary needs or allergies?
We are committed to accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of your specific needs when you register, and our in-house chef will work with you to ensure that your meals are safe and enjoyable
Is the retreat suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely! Many of our participants come alone and find the retreat to be a welcoming and inclusive environment. It's a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and form meaningful connections.
What measures are in place for health and safety, incl injury prevention/ support during the retreat?
All participants must obtain travel insurance to attend the retreat. Our certified instructors, all up-to-date with First Aid and CPR certifications, lead the activities, including yoga and movement workshops. We have our own driver, first aid kit, and vehicle for emergency support. Participants with past or current medical conditions must obtain medical clearance before attending.
